Introduction to the Role
We are seeking two full-time Technical Service Representatives with superior analytical and communication skills at our New Brunswick facility. Primarily, this role is responsible for communicating with our customers and solving minor technical issues.
Responsibilities & Duties

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on Systemair’s products and services;

Provide support to all customers, agents, and salesforce;

Provide basic technical support via phone and email regarding issues with wiring, damage, or various parts;

Process quotes, sales orders, RMA’s, and verify order information;

Follow-up on existing and potential customer needs;

Follow-up on requests from the sales department.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma required;
-
Fluently bilingual an asset;
-
Previous experience in Customer Sales and Service required;

Communicate clearly and effectively with others;

Microsoft Office experience required;
-
Able to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently.
